The Wellbeing Hub, utilising Technogym’s Easyline equipment is also the perfect starting point for a gentler introduction to resistance machines and caters for our Referral programme. Our cutting-edge gym is equipped with modern Technogym equipment as well as functional fitness and strength and conditioning areas, to give something for everyone to enhance your training. We boast a hugely popular kids coaching programme for badminton, golf, and football.

*Any participant under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult registered for the event. All participants must pay for the event.* This year, we will bring our summer holiday activity programme to a close with a Colour Run at Xcite Craigswood on Saturday 8th August. Ever wanted to take part in something different? How about negotiating a cross-country run that has slip & slides, cargo net crawls and inflatable obstacles to tackle along the way? Not only that, you’ll also be covered with colour whilst you make your way around! Participants are encouraged to dance, walk or run around the course, with obstacles to tackle along the way.
